- Step 3Confirm your place by making payment. Your place is secured once payment is confirmed.
- Step 4Receive your joining details, including your class schedule and how to access your learning materials.

Live training
Learn with a tutor
Attend live online classes, work through realistic tasks and receive feedback on your work. Live learners receive their certificate on completion at no extra cost.
Self-paced training
Learn in your own time
Study from structured PDF learning materials at your own speed. This format does not include tutor feedback, mentoring or marking. An assessed certificate is available as an optional add-on after you complete the materials and pass the assessment.

Choose your programme and pay securely online. Your place is confirmed once your payment is confirmed.

Registration policies
We keep our policies clear so you know what to expect before you register.
Securing your place
A registration is complete only after payment has been confirmed. Places are limited, and when a programme is full, applicants are placed on a waiting list.
Refunds
Live training: a full refund is available if you cancel before the first live class. Self-paced PDF: because the materials are delivered digitally, refunds are not available once the PDF has been downloaded.
Moving from self-paced to live
If you begin with the self-paced materials and later decide you want tutor support, you may be able to move to a live cohort. Contact us to discuss your options.

Do I need experience before I register?
No. Our programmes are designed for beginners, and we start with the foundations of each field.
How are the live classes delivered?
Live classes take place online, so you can join from anywhere. You will receive your schedule and access details once your registration is confirmed.
What happens if the programme I want is full?
You will be added to the waiting list and contacted if a place becomes available or when the next cohort opens.
Will I receive a certificate?
Live learners receive a certificate on completing the programme. Self-paced learners can add an assessed certificate after completing the materials and passing the assessment.
Which programmes can I register for now?
